The Cultural Attaché in Moscow Meets Afghan Communities in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don
The Cultural Attaché of the Ministry of Information and Culture in Moscow, Mr. Fazl-ul-Hadi Hamza, accompanied by his delegation, conducted an official visit to the southern federal regions of the Russian Federation, including the cities of Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don.
During the visit, Mr. Hamza and his delegation met with members of the Afghan communities residing in these cities, sharing information about the achievements, policies, and activities of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He encouraged Afghans living abroad to continue their support and cooperation with the Islamic Emirate in all spheres.
At the same time, Afghan residents in Krasnodar and Rostov-on-Don reaffirmed their support for the Islamic Emirate and expressed their commitment to collaborate with the Afghan government and people across various fields.
Additionally, Mr. Hamza met with Afghan students studying in these cities, offering them guidance and moral encouragement while assuring them that their concerns and suggestions would be addressed through the proper channels.
