The Minister of Information and Culture had a meeting with the directors of MCCT and MJAM companies

On Monday, 23 Jumada al-Awwal 1446, Minister of Information and Culture Alhaj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa met with the directors of MCCT and MJAM companies and their accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, Mr. Liu Jun, Chairman of MCCT Company and the leader of the delegation highlighted the positive changes he observed in Afghanistan during his visit. He noted a growing sense of peace and increased activity along the roads, attributing these improvements to the effective governance of the Islamic Emirate.

Mr. Liu praised the Ministry of Information and Culture for its professional efforts in preserving historical heritage and promoting cultural affairs. He also expressed gratitude for the ministry's collaboration with the technical delegation sent by China.

He emphasized that the joint delegation from the Ministries of Information and Culture, as well as the Ministries of Mines and Petroleum, should work closely with the Chinese team to expedite activities related to copper extraction.

In his remarks, Mr. Khairkhwa stated that Afghanistan and China share strong cultural ties and both countries need to protect the historical monuments in the Mes Aynak area. He mentioned that the Ministry of Information and Culture is actively working in the Mes Aynak region through its technical team in coordination with relevant organizations.

Finally, the delegation presented their requests, and Mr. Khairkhwa assured them of comprehensive cooperation.
