Public Awareness Gathering Held in Kama on the Creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah

A large public awareness gathering focusing on the contents of the book “The Creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah,” authored by the Supreme Leader (may Allah preserve him), was held at the central high school in Kama district, Nangarhar province.
The gathering was organized by the Nangarhar Directorate of Information and Culture in coordination with the Kama District Education Office, with the participation of local officials, tribal elders, students of religious seminaries and schools, and a large number of young people.
At the opening of the event, Mawlavi Mohammad Saeed Omar, Deputy District Governor of Kama, welcomed the participants and expressed his appreciation to the Nangarhar Directorate of Information and Culture for organizing the gathering for the people of the district.
Mawlavi Zabihullah Noorani, Director of Information and Culture of Nangarhar, said that the people of Afghanistan have consistently strived to safeguard Islamic values, national unity, and stability. He noted that the newly authored book “The Creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah” presents important and valuable material on the creed of Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama‘ah, an understanding of Islamic beliefs, the distinction between true and false beliefs, and strengthening Muslims’ awareness of matters of faith.
Other speakers emphasized the importance of unity among Afghans, calling for collective efforts to preserve peace and stability and contribute to the country’s prosperity.
They further stated that the restoration of the Islamic system of governance has provided the foundation for greater security and stability in the country, emphasizing the need for continued collective efforts toward the reform and improvement of society.
Speaking on behalf of the people of Kama at the conclusion of the gathering, tribal elder Dr. Mohammad Qasim Kamawal said that the establishment of the Islamic system of governance had been one of the major aspirations of the Afghan people and that Afghans had made significant sacrifices to achieve this goal.
He emphasized that safeguarding the country’s independence and the Islamic system is a shared responsibility, adding that efforts should be made both in terms of faith and practical commitment to strengthen the system.
Dr. Kamawal also assured the authorities, on behalf of the local population, of their full cooperation in all areas.
