Thousands of copies of the Amir al-Mu’minin’s Eid message were distributed nationwide; the media were briefed on special Eid programming.

 The Directorates of Information and Culture across Afghanistan distributed thousands of copies of the Eid al-Adha message from His Excellency the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Preserve Him) to civilian and military institutions, as well as members of the public. They also held meetings with media representatives and journalists to discuss preparing special Eid broadcasts. 

In his Eid message, His Excellency the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Preserve Him) extended heartfelt congratulations to the Muslim Ummah on the blessed Eid al-Adha. The message addressed key issues such as the country's reconstruction and development, the implementation of Islamic Sharia, strengthening unity among Muslims, maintaining security and stability, and expanding political and economic relations with the international community—particularly Islamic countries—based on Islamic principles. It also covered other important religious, social, and political topics. The Amir al-Mu’minin urged officials of the Islamic Emirate to stay committed to following Allah’s commands and prohibitions while fulfilling their duties. He emphasized the importance of serving the people sincerely, safeguarding public security and welfare, fulfilling official responsibilities according to Sharia, remaining accessible to those seeking help, and avoiding all forms of injustice and oppression. He reminded everyone that history shows those who commit  (injustice) will ultimately face humiliation and defeat by Allah’s will. Along with distributing the Eid message, provincial Directorates of Information and Culture held meetings with media representatives and journalists to plan effective, high-quality Eid programs. Guests received guidance and suggestions to enhance the content and impact of Eid broadcasts. Media groups were encouraged to produce informative and educational programs that raise awareness and reflect the meaning and values of Eid celebrations. Officials also urged media outlets to maintain professionalism during Eid by avoiding content that might promote immoral behavior or negatively influence society. Special attention was given to increasing awareness about improper social customs, especially those mentioned in the 17th decree of His Excellency the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Preserve Him), including certain practices linked to Hajj and Umrah. Media outlets were encouraged to create and broadcast educational content aimed at discouraging customs not aligned with Islamic Sharia teachings. During the meetings, media leaders and journalists appreciated the ongoing cooperation with the Directorates of Information and Culture. They reaffirmed their commitment to informing and educating the public, producing programs about the directives and decrees of His Excellency the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Preserve Him), and providing a comprehensive view of the country’s ongoing progress, achievements, and opportunities to both national and international audiences.
