Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs Meets with Representatives of Tourism, Pilgrimage, Hajj, and Umrah Companies

Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, the Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture, held a meeting with representatives from the Nangarhar Union of Tourism, Pilgrimage, Hajj, and Umrah Companies at his office. 
During the meeting, Mr. Fazl Rahim Zwakman, the Head of the Union, expressed gratitude for the Ministry's ongoing support and commitment to addressing the concerns of stakeholders in the tourism sector. He reaffirmed the union's dedication to improving and standardizing the services offered by tourism, pilgrimage, Hajj, and Umrah companies in the province. 
Union representatives presented several proposals and recommendations aimed at enhancing tourism activities in Nangarhar. These included speeding up the license issuance process, organizing exhibitions at Siraj-ul-Emarat Park to attract visitors and promote local handicrafts, expanding initiatives related to tourism, and supporting the overall development of the province's tourism sector. They also expressed their willingness to invest in the rehabilitation and improvement of tourist sites throughout Nangarhar.
After listening to the views, concerns, and recommendations from the delegation, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal assured the participants that their proposals would be communicated to the relevant authorities for review and appropriate follow-up. 
The Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of providing high-quality and standardized services by tourism, pilgrimage, Hajj, and Umrah companies across the country. He noted that the Ministry of Information and Culture remains committed to supporting these companies and providing the necessary facilities and assistance for their effective operation.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal made several recommendations to the representatives of the Nangarhar Union and called for closer cooperation in attracting both domestic and international tourists. He emphasized that strengthening collaboration between the public and private sectors is essential for the sustainable growth and development of Afghanistan's tourism industry.
