Top Participants Honored in Competition on Decree No. 17

The Department of Information and Culture of Kapisa Province, in collaboration with the Tanwir Intellectual and Cultural Organization, organized a competition among 1,000 students from schools and religious seminaries to promote awareness of Decree No. 17 issued by His Excellency Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah protect him). Following the completion of the competition, the results were announced, and the top-performing participants were recognized with valuable prizes.

During the ceremony, speakers highlighted the importance of implementing the decrees of the leadership of the Islamic Emirate, with particular emphasis on Decree No. 17, which addresses the prevention of harmful social customs and practices. They encouraged participants to contribute actively to raising public awareness and supporting efforts aimed at eliminating such harmful traditions within society.

As part of the award ceremony, the first-place winner received a computer, the second-place winner was awarded a smartphone, and the third-place winner received a bicycle in recognition of their outstanding performance.
