Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs Inaugurates the Major Restoration Project at the Fortress of Bost

During his visit to Helmand Province, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, Deputy Minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs at the Ministry of Information and Culture, inaugurated a significant restoration project for the arch and well at the historic Fortress of Bost.
At the inauguration ceremony, Mr. Jamal discussed the historical significance of the Fortress of Bost, noting that it is an internationally recognized monument that attracts tourists from various countries to Afghanistan. He emphasized the importance of this historical landmark in promoting the development of the country's tourism industry.
Mr. Jamal expressed his gratitude to the people of Helmand for their efforts in protecting the Fortress of Bost. He encouraged them to continue collaborating with the Directorate of Information and Culture, as they have done in the past, to preserve this valuable heritage site. He urged schoolteachers to facilitate educational visits for students to the Fortress of Bost to help them learn about Afghanistan’s rich cultural heritage.
In addressing the public, Mr. Jamal reminded everyone to be thankful to Almighty Allah for blessing the Afghan nation with a leader who works tirelessly, day and night, for the welfare of the Afghan people.
