Decree No. 13 on Prevention of Human Trafficking Explained in Jalrez District

Officials of the Information and Culture Directorate of Maidan Wardak Province explained Decree No. 13, issued by the Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah protect him) on the prevention of human trafficking, to a large number of residents in Jalrez District.

The Head of Youth Affairs spoke to young people about the importance of obeying the Islamic system and complying with its laws. He also explained Decree No. 13, which addresses the prevention of human trafficking.

He emphasized that young people should make use of the opportunities available to them and prioritize developing their skills. He further stressed that those travelling abroad for employment, education or other purposes should use legal and safe channels and refrain from taking trafficking routes.

During the programme, the Youth Affairs Department also established a volunteer committee in Jalrez District to help prevent human trafficking.
