46 People Graduated From The Art of Speech Studies

During a meeting, 46 young people graduated from the Educational Center of The Department of Information and Culture of Nanagarhar in coordination with the “Khatiz Literary Process.”
The meeting organized in this regard started with the blessed verses of the Holy Qur'an, then the Head of the “Khatiz Literary Process,” Ziauddin Hamatmal, spoke and said; "It is a place of pride that today we have 46 young graduated people from the one-month speech art program. 
Mr. Hematmal thanked the Department of Information and Culture for providing free education to the poor youth.
Later, Mr. Hanif, Director of the Department, assured the youth in his speech that the doors of the Department of Information and Culture are always open for you.
In the last part of the meeting, the graduates were given certificates.
