52 young people graduated after completing three months of education in Balkh
52 young people received training in online business (freelancing) education under the supervision of the Balkh Provincial Department of Information and Culture and the Department of Youth Affairs.
During the graduation ceremony, Deputy Minister of Youth Affairs of the Ministry of Information and Culture, Qari Muhammad Yunus Rashid, Head of Information and Culture of Balkh Province, Maulvi Zabihullah Noorani, and Director of Youth Affairs of Balkh Province, Sultan Muhammad Tokhi, along with youth and teachers, were present.
At the graduation ceremony, the Deputy Minister emphasized the importance of youth in societal change and encouraged Afghan youth to prioritize the teachings of the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) in their daily lives. He also mentioned that the Ministry of Information and Culture is addressing the demands of Afghan youth and highlighted the significance of Islamic values in various fields.
Maulvi Zabihullah Noorani, the head of information and culture of Balkh province, welcomed the attendees and stated that 52 young people received specialized education in freelancing or online business over three months, during which they were able to earn approximately five thousand dollars.
Furthermore, Mr. Noorani mentioned that around one thousand young people in Balkh province are currently studying English, computer skills, freelancing, and business in educational centers under the Department of Information and Culture.
