Academic Seminar on the Explanation of the Decrees of Amir al-Mu’minin Held in Jawzjan Province

An academic seminar titled “Explanation of the 17th Decree of the Respected Amir al-Mu’minin (may Allah protect him)” was organized in Jawzjan province. This event was a collaboration between the Jawzjan Directorate of Information and Culture and the Alborz Academic and Cultural Organization, held in the city of Sheberghan.

The seminar was attended by provincial officials, religious scholars, community elders, and youth. Participants discussed the significance of the decrees issued by the Amir al-Mu’minin in promoting societal reform and strengthening Islamic values.

Governor Qari Gul Haidar Shafaq emphasized that “each decree issued by the Amir al-Mu’minin carries a message of justice, reform, and a return to genuine Islamic principles.” He stated that it is the responsibility of every individual to implement these decrees sincerely and faithfully to help purify society of innovations and unfounded traditions.

Mawlawi Saifuddin Mo’tasim, the Director of Information and Culture, pointed out that “the implementation of these decrees is not solely the responsibility of the government but of every Muslim.” He added that the Directorate, in cooperation with religious scholars, has organized public awareness programs to strengthen and promote these values throughout the province.

At the conclusion of the seminar, community elders and participants praised the decrees issued over the past four years, recognizing them as aligned with the interests of the people. They also pledged full cooperation in promoting and implementing these decrees in all aspects of society.
