The Acting Minister of the Ministry of Information and Culture met with the Governor of Kandahar Province 

Yesterday, the Acting Minister of Information and Culture, Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwah, met the Governor of Kandahar, Haji Mullah Shireen Akhund, during his working trip.

At the beginning, Mr. Governor expressed his pleasure to see the Honorable Minister and discussed with Mr.Khairkhwah about the activities of the Department of Information and Culture in Kandahar. He praised the activities of the Department in that province and added that innovations in the cultural sector should be created, in addition to this, he offered cooperation from the provincial authority.

Afterwards, Mr. Khairkhwah thanked them for their cooperation. He added that the activities of the Department of Information and Culture of Kandahar Province are going well. Mr. Khairkhwah also shared information about the renovation of some historical monuments, which he said include, the tomb of Haji Mirwais Khan's grandfather and the house and tomb of Ahmad Shah Baba in which works of the tombs are going well. Mr. Khairkhwah expressed his happiness that with the arrival of I.E.A., thousands of foreign tourists have visited different parts of the country, especially Kandahar Province.
