New People Were Appointed for the Management of Youth Affairs and Zurmat Public Library in Paktia Province 

Yesterday, for the General Manager of Youth Affairs of the Department of Information and Culture of Paktia Province, Asfar Rahman Khlawak and the former General Manager of Youth Affairs, Azim Zurmati, were appointed as the manager of Zarmat District Public Library and officially started their work.
The Director of Information and Culture, Qazi Sawab Jan Islamyar, while meeting the mentioned persons, said; “Change in institutions is the principle of good governance.”  He asked the Manager of Youth Affairs and the Manager of Zurmat District Public Library, to focus on their duties and may Allah (Swt) give them success in their actions.
The newly appointed Manager of the General Management of Youth Affairs, Asif Rahman Khpalwak said that he is trying to carry out his assigned responsibilities well, creating various training programs for the unity and integration of the youth as well as to increase their intellectual and academic capacity. Besides, he will try to create job opportunities for the youth.
The leadership of the Department of Information and Culture praised the actions of the former General Manager of Youth Affairs and described his management as successful and full of achievements.
