Ministry of Information and Culture Concludes Executive Leadership Training for Central Directorate Managers

Tuesday, 27 Dhul-Hijjah 1446 AH The Ministry of Information and Culture has successfully concluded a three-day executive training program for managers from its central departments. The initiative, titled “Enhancing Operational Efficiency and Strengthening Administrative Systems,” aimed to improve leadership performance, administrative practices, and communication protocols across the ministry.

Throughout the program, participants received structured training on several key topics, including formal letter and memo writing, protocols for official administrative correspondence, language standards in Afghanistan’s official languages, and the strategic role of executive managers in promoting organizational effectiveness.

During the closing remarks, Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, the deputy minister of Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs, praised the program as a significant step toward institutional development. He urged participants to apply their newly acquired knowledge and professional experience to enhance day-to-day administrative operations, emphasizing that effective management is fundamental to national progress and good governance.

Mr. Jamal also highlighted the importance of precision, integrity, and responsibility in fulfilling their roles, encouraging executive managers to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

Mawlawi Ihsanullah Hassan, the director of the Ministry office, stressed the need to adhere to the laws of the Islamic system and called on executive managers to align their duties with the directives and decrees of the Esteemed Amir al-Mu’minin (May Allah Protect Him), ensuring full compliance and ethical execution of their responsibilities.

Several participants expressed their appreciation for the Ministry’s Human Resources Directorate, commending the relevance and quality of the training sessions. They also recommended the continuation of such capacity-building programs to further enhance institutional performance.

At the conclusion of the seminar, certificates of completion were formally distributed to all participants by senior officials from the Ministry of Information and Culture, marking the successful end of the program.
