Minister of Information and Culture Meets with Governor of Jawzjan Province

The Minister of Information and Culture, Al-Haj Mullah Khairullah Khairkhwa, met with Al-Haj Qari Gul Haidar Shafiq, Governor of Jawzjan Province.
During the meeting, Governor Shafiq discussed key cultural and developmental initiatives in Jawzjan. He highlighted the importance of establishing a Jihadi Museum to safeguard historical heritage, constructing a public library in Faizabad District to promote education and reading culture, and addressing issues related to the development of lands under the Directorate of Information and Culture. He also emphasized the need to enhance tourism facilities and address the challenges facing young people in the province.
Minister Khairkhwa assured the governor of the ministry’s support in addressing these priorities. He emphasized that, alongside the establishment of Jihadi Museums, the ministry will work to create a Jihadi Archive and to document the history of Afghanistan’s Jihad and struggle for freedom, ensuring its preservation for future generations.
