Regular Meeting of the Book Evaluation Commission Held

The regular meeting of the Book Evaluation Commission, operating under the Deputy Ministry for Publications of the Ministry of Information and Culture, was convened under the chairmanship of Mawlawi Ziaulhaq Haqmal, Director of Bakhtar Information Agency, with the participation of other commission members.

At the beginning of the meeting, the commission’s secretary presented the report of the previous session, and the commission’s achievements and activities were assessed positively.

During the meeting, decisions were made regarding several books, and those works that were written in accordance with Islamic and Afghan values were granted permission for publication. Additionally, necessary decisions were issued concerning 2,981 copies of books that had been submitted for clearance.

It is noteworthy that, at the end of the meeting, twelve books that had been sent to the commission for evaluation were assigned to commission members for review, with instructions to present their reports at the next session.
