ریاست اطلاعات و فرهنگ ولایت لغمان و اداره فکری و فرهنگی الصارم سیمینار آموزشی تحت عنوان (شناخت افکار باطل و جلوگیری از رسوم ناپسند) به حدود ۳۰۰ تن از جوانان ولسوالی علیشنگ این ولایت راه‌اندازی کرد.
مسوولان می‌گویند که هدف از برگزاری این سیمینار، آشنایی جوانان با افکار باطل و تبلیغات نادرست، جلوگیری از رسوم ناپسند و اصلاح فکری جامعه بود.
