Officials Visit Temporary Camp for Returning Migrants in Kabul

The Director of Information and Culture for Kabul, Mawlawi Shamsullah Zubair, and the Director of the Bakhtar News Agency and Head of the Public Awareness Committee for Migrants, Mawlawi Ehsanullah Hassan, visited the temporary camp for returning migrants in Kabul.
During the visit, the officials reviewed the public awareness activities conducted by the committee operating at the camp and assessed the current conditions, needs, and challenges facing the migrants.
Speaking during the visit, Mawlawi Shamsullah Zubair said that raising public awareness about migrants among the wider community, as well as providing migrants with timely and accurate information, is one of the media's key responsibilities.
Mawlawi Ehsanullah Hassan, Director of the Bakhtar News Agency and Head of the Public Awareness Committee for Migrants, emphasized that reports on activities related to migrants, humanitarian services, and ongoing developments would be disseminated in a timely, accurate, and factual manner through both national and international media outlets.
At the conclusion of the visit, both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination among the relevant institutions, ensuring the swift exchange of information, and enhancing public awareness efforts for migrants.
