Book Evaluation Commission Holds Regular Meeting

On Monday, 27 Muharram 1448 AH, the Book Evaluation Commission of the Ministry of Information and Culture convened its regular meeting under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohajer Farahi, Deputy Minister for Publications Affairs.
During the meeting, the Commission made decisions on several books. Publications found to comply with Islamic and Afghan values were approved for publication. The Commission also reviewed 527 books, comprising 49 different titles, that were imported and exported.
In addition, 10 books referred to the Commission were assigned to Commission members for further assessment, with their findings to be presented at the Commission's next meeting.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the Commission also decided on the imported copies of the Holy Qur'an submitted by Saadat Publishing House.
