The Afghan Cultural Attaché in Moscow Meets the Afghan Community in Saint Petersburg.
The Cultural Attaché of the Ministry of Information and Culture in Moscow, Mr. Fazl-ul-Hadi Hamza, along with his accompanying delegation, visited the city of Saint Petersburg, the former capital of the Russian Federation (formerly known as Leningrad).
During the visit, Mr. Hamza and his delegation met with members of the Afghan community residing in Saint Petersburg. They shared detailed information about the achievements and ongoing initiatives of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, encouraging the Afghan diaspora to extend their full support to the Emirate in all aspects.
At the same time, Afghan residents in Saint Petersburg expressed their strong support for the Islamic Emirate, reaffirming their commitment to cooperation with the Afghan people and government in various fields.
As part of the trip, Mr. Hamza also met with Afghan students studying in Saint Petersburg, providing them with guidance and assurances that their concerns and suggestions would be duly addressed.
In addition, the delegation visited the Russian Museum, located at the intersection known as the “Four Crossroads of Arts,” where they observed exhibits reflecting Russia’s rich cultural and artistic heritage.
