Winners of Decree No. 17 Competition Announced in Laghman

On  22 Safar 1448 AH The Directorate of Information and Culture of Laghman Province, in cooperation with the Al-Sarem Intellectual and Cultural Organization, has announced the winners of a competition on Decree No. 17 issued by His Excellency the Amir al-Mu'minin (May Allah Protect Him). The competition was previously organized among 300 young people in Dawlat Shah District, with awards presented to outstanding participants in recognition of their achievements.
Speaking at the award ceremony, the Head of the Youth Affairs Department of Laghman said that the competition aimed to increase students’ awareness and understanding of Decree No. 17 and to strengthen public awareness efforts focused on preventing harmful social customs.
He added that the first-place winner received a computer, the second-place winner was awarded a wristwatch, and the third-place winner received a cash prize. Several other participants were also honored with various gifts for their participation and performance.
