The Department of Information and Culture of Bamyan Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with a Number of Educational Centers

The Department of Information and Culture of Bamyan province has signed a memorandum of understanding with some educational centers of the province to reduce the fees in order to increase the capacity of the youth and  the students of the province.
  During the signing of this memorandum of understanding, the Director of Information and Culture of Bamyan Province, Maulvi Safiullah Raed thanked the officials of the educational centers, who have given discounts to increase the capacity of the youth.
Also, Syed Hashim Kazimi, who is in charge of Youth Development and Training Programs of this department, says; “These memorandums of understanding have been signed between this department and Peshgam Institute, Smart Education Center and Sirat Education Center.”
According to Mr. Kazimi, these educational centers, which provide educational activities in the areas of computer, English and Kankor exam preparation, will give up to 40 to 50 percent discount to those who are introduced by the Department of Information and Culture of Bamyan.
