New Chief of Office Appointed at the Ministry of Information and Culture
On 21 Muharram 1448 AH, a decree from the Office of the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan appointed Mawlawi Zabihullah Shakir as the Chief of the Office of the Minister at the Ministry of Information and Culture. Previously, he served as the Provincial Mustawfi (Director of Finance) for Paktika Province.
Mawlawi Shakir was formally introduced during a ceremony attended by several key figures, including Mawlawi Qudratullah Jamal, the deputy minister for Tourism, Finance, and Administrative Affairs; Mawlawi Atiqullah Azizi, the Deputy Minister for Art and Culture; advisers and directors of the Ministry; and other staff members. After the ceremony, he officially took on his new responsibilities.
During the event, the deputy ministers congratulated Mawlawi Shakir on his appointment, highlighting the significant responsibility of the position. They emphasized the importance of strengthening coordination among the Ministry's departments, streamlining administrative processes, enhancing the delivery of public services, and ensuring the effective implementation of the Ministry's programs.
The deputy ministers expressed confidence that Mawlawi Shakir, with his administrative and managerial experience, would significantly contribute to advancing the Ministry’s objectives, improving internal coordination, and enhancing the quality of administrative services.
In his remarks, Mawlawi Zabihullah Shakir expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Ministry of Information and Culture for their confidence in him. He affirmed his commitment to fulfilling his responsibilities with integrity, dedication, and accountability.
He pledged to work collaboratively with the Ministry’s leadership and staff to strengthen institutional coordination, improve administrative performance, enhance public service delivery, and effectively contribute to achieving the Ministry’s goals.
